I am German and have lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, Bermuda, London and Bath. The UK has been my home for 27 years and it is here that I started in the arts about 4 years ago and have since exhibited in Bath and at Brick Lane Gallery, London.

Light is the centre-piece of this body of art work called "On Reflection". My works give rise to interesting effects, glowing and "coming alive" as light bounces off the reflective media. By moving around the work, the viewer can experience different effects, the media sometimes giving the illusion of being three-dimensional. My work is varied, and I want it to reflect beauty. I am so happy that I get a lot of feedback from viewers who describe it is beautiful, uplifting and sparkly.

I am fascinated by light. Light is life and it and it signifies hope and healing.

My art is best seen in the flesh as the paintings come alive through light, movement and perspective.
